 No. I am not a licensed massage therapist nor do I hold myself out as one, nor do I profess to practice massage therapy. However, I have professional training and years of direct client experience. What I do is not massage therapy, and although there might be similarities, the differences are totally outside the realm of that practice.  Massage therapy is a licensed profession in this state.   

 You should undress to your desired level of comfort. The majority of  clients prefer to be completely undressed. Your comfort is priority.

A session consists of bodywork within the selected timeframe, which includes time for you to dress and undress along with time to communicate with me on any special needs to make your session truly customized. This is done to ensure each and every bodywork  session you receive meets or exceeds your expectations. 

I do not believe in the need for society labels. Sexuality is what it is, and is not to be labeled by persons less considerate. I consider myself just a sensual person, as I consider everyone else. Sexuality is not an issue with me and I don't consider it when providing a bodywork session. I treat you with the same high dignity and respect you deserve without making an issue out of your sexuality or physical stats.  

Many clients are unsure if and/or how much they should tip after the session. The general thought is to tip based on your appreciation for the service.  

To keep my rates affordable, I do not accept credit cards. I do accept in the following formats: Cash, Venmo, Cash APP  

For those who use bodywork to manage daily stress, one session a month is common.  Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to wait until you are stressed or injured to get a caring bodywork session. For many bodywork touch is like a health-supplement or preventative care for a person's body and mind. Frequent sessions are a great way to cope with physical or emotional stress and to keep it from causing discomfort or harm to your body.  

Each 60/90 min bodywork session will last  approximately 50/80 minutes (this includes the time for you to dress and undress) along with communication. Many people prefer the 90 minute session for optimal relaxation. 

Make yourself comfortable take some deep breaths. During a session I  will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the session (such as lifting your arm). Many people close their eyes or request a eye mask to completely relax. Feel free to let me know if you would like deeper or lighter pressure. You will feel the maximum benefit if let yourself go in voice, movement and thinking. This is your session. 

As a life long nudist, I am very comfortable in my skin and my location is a safe place for people who enjoy nudism. During the session, I tend to wear comfortable hospital scrubs. 

So it happens. It is very natural for all genders and simply is a sign the body is alive and well. Here you are free to be your pure self, without embarrassment. Just relax and enjoy. Let your inner self out.  No judgement. 

Many clients use substances to help with their body pain and or issues. Some feel it helps them fully relax. The space is judgement free and shame free. 

I am located between Anamosa and Olin IA. About 40 mins East of Cedar Rapids, or 40 mins West of Dubuque, either way a nice easy drive into the country. Once a session is booked, I send detailed directions via email. Due to being a private residence and out of respect for neighbors,I do not give out publicly my address. 

Please have good hygiene and if needed stop to use a restroom prior to arrival. NOTE: There is not a bathroom in the session office.
